I wanted to ship my car from CO to TX. When I made a request I got lots of phone calls and emails with low and high quotes. I booked one company to transport my vehicle. They said thay can pick my car up on Friday,which was the last day for me to transport my vehicle. It was 3days before when I contacted to them. On Friday morning they called me and told me that they can't ship my car. That made me really angry and I started calling to other transportation companies.When I contacted to Jordan he told me that he needs 24hours to confirm a carrier for my car. After no more than an 2 hours, he confirmed carrier for pickup within 3hours. I was so exited when I heard it. My car picked up at the time as he told. It was very easy to work with Jordan. Driver also was, so friendly and professional. I don't need to make a request now if i will be in need of transportation, I will contact him directly. Thank you for your fast help.
