Never Picked up, Never Contacted

As per contract first available pickup date was 3-6-18. 3-9-18 I changed pickup location and first available pickup date to 3-9-18. After various calls, supposed pickup dates and delays the vehicle is still not picked up on 3-29-18. I called and emailed on 3-25-18 canceling my shipment with no response from either. This company requires a non-refundable deposit before anything is done, which I am now out of. Seems to be they got my deposit and that's all they wanted. Find a company that atleast picks up before a deposit is needed.

We have no records in our system of this customer ever existing. Our contract is very clear and transparent and it states that the DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE!
