This was my first time using a auto transport company. I must admit it was a little unnerving. Frank was very helpful in explaining the process to me and how things work. I had many questions and called him on several occasions and was always ready to answer my questions. Serghey the driver was also very helpful in giving me the schedule when he would arrive within a couple of hours when he picked up my vehicle. Then the day before he arrived told me a time and arrived within 5 minutes of it. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Rick
