Worst Experience and Still Waiting for Refund

I have had a nightmare with the Universal Transport Services (UTS) in moving my car. In early August, Rafaela in UTS called me several times and promised me that UTS cold move my car from Maryland to South Dakota with a quote of $725.00. She also told me this was the final price without any hidden fee, and my car would be shifted within 5 business days normally and 10 business days in the worst case. I was required to pay the deposit of $225.00 on August 12 and I agreed. I did not get any information from UTS until August 29 after I called them a couple of times. UTS (Jason Moorehead) told me a carrier available to pick up my vehicle. When I called UTS on that day about the time to pick up, I was told that a carrier could pick up next day but I had to pay another $200.00. I was asked that you need to get your car to be moved to South Dakota, right? I was really surprised and disappointed because I felt it was a kind of blackmail. So I decided to cancel my order. Richard Dobelle sent me an email on August 29 which indicated that cancellation process would take 7-10 business days.
It has been one and a half month since my cancellation but I still have not got my deposit back. I sent several emails to billing@universaltransportservicesinc.com inquiring when I could get my money back, but no reply. When I called 18887423751 and asked whom should I talked with regarding refund, most of them directed me to the extension of 302 and some of them said they did not know. I called many many times to the extension 302, but no one to pick up that phone except voicemail. I don’t know how I could get my deposit back. I am still waiting…
