Disappointed.

This is the first time I am moving. I got lots of quote and I chose this company because quote was cheaper as compared to others. Rafaela called me many times and she promised me good service. When I placed my order, I clearly told her that I would leave by August 6th and I want to move my car before that. And I told her to put the date that she think is best so that my car will be picked up on time. She assured me it will be done and her company is good at transport. She put the date of first pick up date as July 30th and put additional note that AS PER CUSTOMER CAR MUST BE GONE BY AUGUST 6TH. BUT AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER NO BODY CALLED ME. Whenever i emailed Rafaela,she did reply promptly but she always told me someone from dispatch will call me. When i called customer service, they never gave me straight forward answer, they told me they are working and car would be picked up on time.
On July 30th again when i called they told me the same thing.
I was waiting and waiting but no one called. I called them again, they told me my car will be picked but it never happened. Yesterday when i called they told me ,they found carrier [ but they are checking insurance] . But they assured me that i will get call in early am, but i did not get call.
So I called them today and they told me they did not find carrier.I finally cancelled with them today.I am very disappointed with this company. They are not professional and do not care about customer.
Fortunately I got my friend to take care of car. But it is terrible experience now it will take time to ship my car, i have to take rental in my new city and wait for.......how long..?
With my experience I will say please do lot of research, read reviews, don't go on cheap quotes, don,t go with companies who wants deposit with placing order and always read quote even small letters [ with all the clauses ] AND DO NOT TRUST COMPANIES LIKE THESE

First, I would like to start by saying that I am truly sorry that Mr. Bhuwan's transport was delayed in the way that it was. We did everything we could to get this vehicle picked up according to his request. We also were very clear with him about the route and the position he was in due to the slow movement of carriers going into Montana. He also forgot to mention that he was given the option to go with an open carrier which would have gotten his car picked up faster. This situation is very unfortunate because we have many, many customers who would state the total opposite to what Mr. Bhuwan is claiming he experienced with us. According to his own review, we were actively in contact with him every step of the way, either via email or by phone. He just did not give us the allotted time that was in his contract to get the job done. Rafaella's reviews on this site have always been top notch and this should not reflect on her job performance, honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, sometimes things don't always go as planned, and this was one of those times.
