I was quoted for a closed carrier on 5/2/2013 as of 6/3/2013 my vehicle has not been picked up for shipment. In addition My original quote was raised last week by $75 and my vehicle has still not been moved. This has wasted my time and the sellers time which has cost us both time and money. Instead of any contact from them, I had to follow up on my order almost everyday with nothing but empty promises. I finally had to cancel my order today on 6/3/2013 and go with a different carrier in which i will have to start this whole process over again. This equals more time and money, but If they can't communicate now what happens if something goes wrong in transit with your vehicle. At the end of the day this organization is sloppy, disorganized and not client focused. Absolutely horrible experience. Purchaser BEWARE!
