This brokers are criminals especially, Shawn, Rafael's and Lourdes. They will promise you heaven and earth as soon as they collect your money, forget it. They will hold your service for a month and yet will not deliver. Horrible! HORRIBLE people they are. Their customer service approach is zero. They will even curse you out.
