Horrible Experience

I arranged to have my car picked up a certain date and shipped to Vermont from Michigan for $500 but the car was never picked up. Before submitting my deposit and signing their online form they were very easy to get in contact with and very helpful but once they had my deposit they disappeared and wouldn't return emails or phone calls. They also state that the cost is only an estimate but Lola Lopez assured me it would be the exact price- seemed suspicious to me but I said ok. After having my deposit for ~10 days and the shipment date passing my car was never picked up and I was given some excuses about the driver being delayed and they were working to resolve it. This experience took a lot of my time with emails and phone calls and I eventually had to get my credit card company and pay pal to get my money back because they were so unresponsive. I believe that if I had sent a check I would never have gotten my money back. They are very unprofessional and I would avoid using this company at all costs.
