I was nervous about transporting my vehicle since I had heard so many horror stories from other ratings but I decided to take a chance on Universal. My logistics coordinator, Rose Silver, was a big help and answered all of my question. I waited a few days for my pickup and was delivered on time.
I had the drivers number and he was very helpful.

I'm going to use Universal in the winter on the way back down, thank you!
