First when i talk to Phil he was very receptive and answer the phone all the time. I pay for the deposit on Tuesday afternoon and the following day Phil answer the phone, because of some extra charge on the deposit that was mention on the contract that I did not read, and mention that there is another company on the central dispatch board that had me to pick my car. I told them I never hire somebody else except you. Then they send me an e-mail of that board I called the company . Then since that day I was trying to reach all of them and no answer. Finally on that Friday i called left a voice mail and out of the sudden Sandy call me back and told me they have a driver and he will pick up the car Monday, she said "oh the phone system had changed and it has been crazy here". On Monday I called and they informed me that the driver expect a $700 from me. Phil gave me the driver number and i called and told him that I am not paying that since the original price was not that. Someone else called me and told me that their original price was an estimate ( you guys should start by that). Finally Sandy called me back with a $100 discount on the driver side, and i still denied, so they lower it all the way to $575.
After reading all the review I believe when they get the deposit you do not hear from them!
I got my car before the schedule day happy about it and that's a Bravo to the driver not universal!
