I engaged United States Auto Shipping Inc (the “Broker”), an entity that facilitates vehicle transport services through its network of independent carriers, and I worked directly with its representatives, Sean and Tom i.e., United States Auto Shipping Inc At the outset, there was an issue involving the initially assigned carrier, which was outside the direct control and custody of the Broker. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sean and Tom acted diligently and in good faith to address and resolve the matter. They maintained consistent communication, provided timely follow-up, and remained actively involved until a satisfactory resolution was achieved. At one point, the other carrier requested an adjustment to the previously agreed-upon pricing, likely due to a misunderstanding on the part of the carrier. Sean and Tom promptly intervened, clarified the terms, and ensured that the matter was resolved in a fair and professional manner. Their responsiveness was immediate and appropriate under the circumstances. Furthermore, the overall pricing for the services rendered was fair and reasonable, particularly in light of the level of service, oversight, and communication provided throughout the transaction. In conclusion, Sean and Tom performed in accordance with their representations. Their professionalism, accountability, and commitment to client service are evident. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to engage their services again.
