Customer Service Representative "Remy Floyd" seemed to be reading from a script. When we discussed specific issues she didn't know the answers. Once I talked about car documentation, she stated she didn't need any, Next Day she needs information. It took 9 days to find a carrier.
Was told the car would be picked up on 1-18, it was actually picked up on 1-19. Was told car would be dropped off on 1-20, it was dropped off on 1-22. The trucking company did not call us when they was "not" going to show. We had to call them everyday to get a status on delivery, they would answer" were on our way"., But; Not Show Up that Day, And Not Call and let us know they wouldn't be there. I lost 3 days wages/pay waiting for them. I lost more money waiting than it cost to ship the car. I would of saved money and time if I would of went and picked up the car myself. What a joke! I wouldn't use United Road to move anything!
