I contacted united road on 5/13/2010 to have a vehicle shipped form TN, to NY.
I was told it would take 1-7 days to find a carrier, which seemed reasonable. However they didn't find one until 5/28/2010 if i remember correctly. It was than picked up the following week 6/2/2010, and delivered on 6/4/2010.
Although the wait time was rather long, the customer service was very good & informative, I am quite pleased with that aspect of the company.
I don't think United road is fully to blame for the long wait time, I do believe a lot of it was because of the pickup areas remote location, even though it did take a while to get here, it arrived in good working order, nothing was broken.
I would probably contact United road again in the future.
