The company seems to be extremely limited in their capability to service any sort of "unique" requirements. A vehicle that comes from the factory or modified to lower than approximately 5 inches/12.7 centimeters (in this case my vehicle was a 2020 Camaro ZL1 1LE with the lowest portion of the vehicle being 3.25 inches/~8.3 cm) will not be accommodated by their services. I recommend not spending the time here and please look elsewhere. If you're like me and stuck with poor choices in Alaska, then I recommend simply finding a way to transport it on your own.
