Paid for shipping on 12/27/17. Scheduled pickup was 01/02/18. First time, I called, sales representative said my order wasn't on file. Turned out he hadn't properly filed my order. Anyway, It's now 1/10/18 and they have still not picked it up. I have called multiple times for an update. Several times they didn't pick up. When they do, they say they are no longer the sales representative in charge of my sale and transfer me to someone else, usually a line that no one picks up. I have spoken to four sales representatives and two managers. I am now in the process of getting a cancellation refund. This business should be shut down for such poor customer service.
