Being burned by two other different transport companies, I was about to give up. Already losing money and lots of time, I gave it one more try. I'm so happy to have tried with United Road. From the start, the sales person, reassure me and answered all my questions. Once the deal was made, it took 5 days for my van to be assigned and it was on its way. It arrived very quickly with a very courteous driver. The communication with all levels of this company is outstanding.
