Was quoted $797 to ship my car, and told that I needed to make a deposit of $197 and I will owe the remaining $600 upon delivery. After several delays, my car was finally picked up. A few hours before delivery, the driver tells me I owe $800. After I tried to correct him, he told me to call the broker. I called Michael and he first asked if my car was picked up. After I said yes, he changed it and said I owe $800, and the $197 was a reservation fee which is separate of the delivery fee. He stated that every car transport company works this way, which I informed him it was not. In the end I ended up overpaying $200. I referred my friend before I knew he would scam people, and my friend said the same thing happened to him, but instead overpaid $330! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
