Late, Rude, and Incompetent

Moving is already a stressful experience and on tip of that this has been one of the worst encounters with a company of any kind I have had. I moved from Atlanta to Boston at the End of April. Once I was ready to receive my items, I called the company to inform them. It took me several days to get in contact with someone and they promised me my items would be delivered on the 21st of May. I called again to confirm before the date and they had no record of having spoken to me. The day passed and I had nothing. I was then called to tell me they were charging me a late fee, to which I pointed out that I had attempted to set up a delivery and it was their fault it had not been delivered. After SEVERAL phone calls, they agreed to drop the fee. I then called again about delivery and they again had no memory of speaking to me. Again my items were promised to be delivered and they were not. It took me almost a month from the intended delivery date to get the items delivered, and that was only after calling every day for three weeks and complaining until I was blue in the face. When they did arrive, they arrived damaged. Staggering levels of incompetence in the management of my account, rude customer service (at one point an employee swore at me), and a lack of any kind of urgency. I demanded a refund due to the horrible experience but I was unable to secure any compensation. I beg you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
