DO NOT USE THEM!! Predatory Bait and Switch pricing and deposit structure

BEWARE- DO NOT USE THEM!! WORST moving experience ever. They wanted to charge a 20% down payment to reserve the move- Thank goodness I'd researched sites that said to avoid this and settled for $100 deposit. The movers showed up and quoted a price that was 50% HIGHER than the original bid.

In planning our move, I had several conversations with Frank. I even sent him to the realtor's website for the home we are moving from so that he could get an accurate list of the items we were moving. Because we hadn't finished packing when we discussed pricing, we didn't have a full list of inventory. When the movers showed up, they quoted us a rate that was 50% more than the original bid. Also wanted to up-charge us for things like wrapping a hutch and packaging other items that were clearly discussed prior to the bid.

This is my first review, but I felt so compelled by this utter lack of customer service and bait-and-switch pricing that I felt I needed to let others know. Do not be fooled by "good" reviews on other sites and with the BBB. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
