The worst in the business

On Aug 6 2010 my daughter Brandi (military spouse) contracted with this company to ship her vehicle from VA to OR. She was to fly out herself on Aug 28 and asked employee "Erin" when they would need to pick the vehicle up. She was told "72 hours before your flight". We added an extra day and said to pick it up on Aug 24 (giving them until Aug 27).

When Brandi had not seen them by the end of Aug 26 she called the office repeatedly but her calls were not returned. Because of this she missed her flight. We finally reached employee "Dana" that tried to tell us that the contract gave them 14 days to perform. I sent her a copy of our contract which contains no such clause. She said the board would review the complaint and get back to us on Aug 7.

We have not heard from them and they do not return our calls. I (senior citizen) paid them $200 as a deposit for services with the balance to be paid on delivery. I have to wonder how many other military / seniors these folks have scammed!

On Oct 12 Sara contacted me and she said they would issue a refund minus a 5% fee. I agreed and the check was to be sent on Oct 19. As of today (Oct 28) again no check and no response from them.

This company really gives the industry a bad name and they will soon be under investigation for fraud.

Bradford Hanscom, We are very surprised to read your comments. Even after you breached your contract with us, we offered to issue a refund to you as a courtesy. Perhaps it was simply an oversight on your end, which is the reason for this review, but as you can see from your statement, your credit card has already been credited.
