If you want your car to be safe- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They use the worst carriers and damaged my car! I had transported my new LEXUS GX 470 through them and even paid them an additional $300 for faster service and my car was not even delivered promptly! This company is only after your money! They damaged my car and I have been contacting them since then and have even written to their Asst. manager : SARA B. who said to send them the bill and they will reiemburse me- but to day even after numerous emails and calls to their asst manager whose name is SARA B; I have not heard back from them at all! The rep who handled my order was JESSICA N. even she has not got back with me nor has their asst. mngr responded to my claim! I will now take it to the insurance co and file a complain against them with the BBB-if I don't hear back from their management by next week. They are complete cheats who use horrible carriers and just need your money!
DO NOT USE THEM- YOU WILL BE SORRY!!
