Worst Service Ever!!!

I was moving from Arizona to Pennsylvania, I searched for auto movers on internet and got quote from UFA. After sending me a quote this guy from there sales called me 100 times ask about quote. I signed there contract and he was having hard time understanding that I have to have car picked up by Friday because I have a flight to go to PA on Sunday and I don't have anybody in AZ to leave my car keys so that they can give the car. I planned to fly in PA and pick up the car in 4-5 days as he mentioned to me takes from AZ to PA. He mentioned to me that he did the booking for first avialiable pick up on Thursday after telling him several times that my car has to leave by Friday or latest saturday. He mentioned to me the driver will call me on Thursday to let me know the time. It was Thursday 3PM and I called these guys that I have the problem my car has to go out by tomorrow or latest saturday. I called there customer services lady and she was so rude and said that your contract is first availiable pick up and we have not found the driver yet. I got frustrated and I said I deposited $200 (by the way which is non-refundable) and I want you guys schedule my pick up asap. She said we will call you when we find somebody and she hung up on me. What a worst customer service!! I am in the business too and I never seen such a bad customer service, how do they run business...I guess that's why they have non-refundable $200 fee. I had to call other company on Thursday evening Alliance Auto Transport and they picked up my car on Friday evening and got my car in 4 days. They understood my problem and helped me.

UFA WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM, Unless you want to waste your $200 deposit like me.
