My husband first contacted "UFA" in March about a shipment we wanted picked up in June. My husband was asked what date he would like the car picked up and replied with June 4, 2010. We wanted the car delivered June 12, 2010. We found out on the day that we thought the car would be picked up that they have 5-7 business days from this date to actually pick the car up. And that is just an estimate, not a guarantee. So, their pick up date would have surpassed our desired delivery date and they kindly explained this to us AFTER they took our $150. We were also told that they already had a driver and found out that this was not true on the day we thought the car would be picked up as well. I was also told by Erin that it might take 7-10 business days for the vehicle to arrive which is also just an estimate and not guaranteed. I asked Erin why we are even asked for a date that we want the car picked up if they just pick up and drop off when they feel like it. Erin replied with, "Would you rather I just tell you that it will be picked up some time this month?" I told Erin that was basically what she was saying anyway. These people are so rude! They don't care once they have your deposit! Then I was told that they do not work over the weekends so nobody would even be calling again to try to find me a driver until Monday. And if a driver responded to their "post" over the weekend they wouldn't find this out until Monday either. Please do not waste your money here! They had from March until June to find a driver and... nothing! Use RELIABLE AUTO TRANSPORT! Matt at Reliable saved my job and my life! I called Reliable the same Friday that I found out that "UFA" could care less about their customers and he got my car picked up less than 24 hours later on Saturday morning! So, by the time "UFA" called me back Monday to tell me that they still do not have a driver I told them my car was half way to Florida and they didn't even offer a refund so I didn't ask. I bet these crooks steal thousands of dollars from innocent people that don't even see them coming every single day!
