This was my first time using a transport company. I was very nervous about shipping my 1977 Corvette. I asked for many quotes and received many quotes from many transport companies. I contacted almost all of the companies. Many sounded very knowledgeable. I was very impressing with Unitedd Freight of America. Jessica was very helpful. What surprised me the most was their quote of $945 to ship my Corvette from Ohio to Utah in an enclosed trailer was so low. I questioned her about the price, because usually an unbelievable price is unbelievable. But it was true. The Corvette was ready to be picked up on Friday, April 30. It was picked up on Saturday, May 1. The driver (Dino) was excellent. He knew how to take care of classic cars. I was called as he drove away. He called me from Nebraska to let me know all was fine, and his expected delivery date was Tuesday, May 4. (2 full days early). He again called when he was about 2 hours away, and drove into the designated parking lot within 5 minutes of when he said he would. Dino was very professional, efficient, and caring, not only for my car, but for the other classic cars he had in his trailer. My car arrived, looking just like it did in Ohio. I was very impressed.
Jessica, with UFA, helped me all through the process. To my anxieties, she was very reassuring. I called her so many times with all kinds of questions that I had their phone number memorized. During all of this, she was very kind and never made me feel like I was annoying her.
When I need to ship another vehicle, I know who I will call: Jessica at UFA.
