My car broke down in Montana during a drive from Washington state to Rhode Island. It was not fixable in Montana and I did not want to ship the car back to WA for repair only to have to attempt another cross country drive so I decided to ship the car via freight back to RI for repair.
The people at United were well versed in what the shipping process from start to finish and they described, in detail, what would happen with my car. They kept all the keys, papers and materials together. I was provided with driver contact information and a contact person "in house" for any concerns or questions.
My car was delivered to me on time and in the same condition it was in when I had to leave it in Montana.
I would definitely use United Freight again.
