Jessica was great with booking me and then adjusting dates a few times due to my schedule. She was great at contacting me and follow ups. The actual carrier contacted me the day before pick up and showed up within the time window. The only thing I'm not sure of is how my gas went from 1/4 tank to below empty upon delivery. Also, no mileage was written down on pick up paper, so my mistake for not catching that. Overall great experience, I would just advise you to write the mileage of your car down on the paper you sign so you can ask where your gas went if its gone.
