This was the second time we used UFA and the second time was even easier than the first. Jessica N (ext 123) was very helpful and friendly, and every time I called with questions anyone who answered the phone could answer my questions without hesitation. We expidited the service to insure pick up on a specific date and as we requested, car was picked up on time and delivered in the condition we expected it too. We will utilize UFA again if we need to transport another car across the country.
