I gave this company an excellent rating because they excelled in ALL areas regarding the transportation of my vehicle.
1.Timeliness- I called anexplained the imnportance of having my vehicle available at my destnation ASAP, but also explained it was the vehicle I was currently ussing prior to departure. Jess (customer service rep) found a transporter leaving close to my departure date and my vehicle was at my destination 1 day after my arrival.- EXCELLENT!
2. Price- They were the most reasonable/affordable quote received throughout my search. The price for the trip was definitely a deal breaker.- EXCELLENT
3. Tracking- Throught the shipment I was informed by both Jess and the driver where my car was and when it would be delivered. I didn't have to wonder if it would be there ontime, or sit and wait needlessly.- EXCELLENT!
4. Condition- My car was delivered without dents or scratches. As expected, being shipped on an open trailer their was an accumilation of dirt but that was superficial and easily taken care of with a car wash.-EXCELLENT!
5. Follow up- After delivery, Jess checked to ensure I had my vehicle everything was satisfactory and asked my opinion of their service and my overall impression. My response..... EXCELLENT!
