This is the first time I have shipped a car and I am very glad I chose UFA. After receiving several competitive quotes, I called through my list and told people that I had a very tight window for pickup, and delivery had to be a quick as possible. No one seemed to be interested in helping me out until I called Jason at UFA. He listened carefully to my somewhat complicated situation and came up with plan to handle it. He sent me an e-mail with a pickup date and the contact info for the carrier. I sent my brother out to prepare the car for pickup, and then learned that that the initial carrier, due to unexpected complications, could not make it to the house that day. Jason's team kicked into action, and just when I thought all was lost, he came up with an alternate plan to pick up the car that same day! The new driver was able to deliver the car to my father in 5 days, which just happened to be Easter Sunday. My dad was very excited to receive the car, since he had been renting for nearly a month! It was in perfect condition and we were even able to pack some belongings they had not been able to take on the plane. Throughout it all, Jason and his team were very professional and stayed in close contact with me and the end result was a happy father! I would strongly recommend UFA to anyone interested in shipping a car. They are very experienced, able to respond to complications that can often arise, and take their business seriously.
