Jess F at United Freight of America was very flexible with my timeline. I originally contacted her in December 2010 about moving. Since the military is unreliable, to an extent, when it comes to moving, I had to extend the timeline out a whole year. I initially gave United Freight a deposit, which they held the entire year, to my pleasure. When it was finally time to ship the vehicle Jess was extremely helpful and actually gave me the originally quoted price even though it had gone up a little.
