This was our first time using a frieght company and after 4 hours we soon realized how aggressive the brokers were. This made us VERY skeptical about every company. Our situation was unique in that our car had been stolen and was in an county police impound lot. This made coordination much more difficult. United stepped up and took care of everything while keeping us updated along the way. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend them.
