I had to ship my car to another state where the warranty was covered after my transmission went out. I’ve never done this before and was super nervous. I filled out a form that sent my info out to tons of companies. United Freeway reached out to me and told me they could ship my car out within 2 days. They originally quoted me $450 and after they found a driver they said it would be $550. (They were very upfront and honest about everything and why the price would cost more.)
I got a contract signed and a driver assigned to me. The driver (Drew) was delayed one day due to another customer but the company and the driver kept in contact with me the whole time, letting me know what was going on. I also didn’t realize my car would be loaded onto a semi size trailer and Drew let me know that we might have to use a tow truck to get it to a space where it could be loaded (the parking lot was really small) but that he would do his best not to let that happen and he would contact me to make the decision. They got it figured out just fine.
My car was delivered on time, for the price we agreed on before signing anything. No price gouging, no scams. There was issues with my payment going through and Drew was incredibly patient helping me figure it out and the payment finally went through. I would 100% recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future!!!
