Roman made everything happen on a very tight time frame. Car was picked up on Memorial Day and arrived across country a week later. Roman kept in touch, kept me informed of the process prior to the pickup- and calmed me down when I flipped out at one point because it looked like things weren't going to happen as needed. I will defintely call him the next time we need to move a vehicle!
