I've never arranged for auto transport before. The vehicle was picked-up in Michigan and transported in open carrier to Syracuse, NY with delivery on a Sunday. Everyone at United Auto kept me informed of the process and once it was scheduled they gave me the driver's cell number. The driver called to give me a window of delivery and then called again when he was about half hour away. Everything went smoothly. No damage in transport Delivery was door to door. I definitely recommend!
