I had never shipped my car before, and I was nervous. United Car Transport found a driver for me in less than a day. UCT called with the name and number of a driver, who they had found through a database of available drivers. (The driver was an independent contractor, I guess - I paid him directly in cash, after paying United Car Transport the initial $150 fee.) The driver kept in touch with me and reassured me that my car would be all right. The driver was available when I called him and knew who I was. My car arrived early and in good condition.
