Mine was a restoration project that was rolling but not running. The company insured that the hauler had the appropriate winches to get the vehicle loaded. Due to unavailability of the original owner it was necessary to delay the arranged pickup time from Friday to Saturday. The driver then called to arrange to have it picked up on Monday instead which was understanable and not a problem. The driver then contacted the original owner in a and arranged for pickup. He then contacted me with the expected delivery day and time. He then contacted me a second time to confirm the time and location and a third time to about a half hour before arrival at the drop-off location. Unloading was quick, signed the paperwork and we were done. There were no suprises, no hidden charges or last-minute add-ons to the bill. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The staff at United was helpful and communicated with me a number of times to verify the fees and arrangements for transport. I would use them again.
