First time shipping a car, excellent experience

I recently completed a move from Seattle to Houston and needed to ship my car. From my initial phone call to obtain a quote to a post-delivery call to ensure my car arrived safely and that my moving experience was a positive one, United Car Transport was always professional, trustworthy, and excellent in communicating throughout the process. Tina, my representative at United Car Transport, was very helpful in ensuring that I could have a weekend pick-up on a specific date to accommodate my schedule. She was very personal throughout the process and several days before the scheduled pickup personally called to provide me with the driver's name and contact information.

My vehicle was picked-up on time on a Saturday late afternoon which included an inspection of the vehicle after which it was loaded onto the truck. Both of the guys that came to pick-up and load the vehicle were also friendly and helpful in discussing delivery time frames. Even more so, I appreciate that since their expected delivery date was earlier than I expected considering a 2500 mile drive, I was able to have them work with me to deliver my vehicle to a family member's house in Houston, since my car actually beat me reaching there! They arrived and delivered the car safely and in the same condition as when they picked it up on Wednesday morning which is roughly about 4 days from the pickup time.

Overall, I rate this experience as excellent. From all levels United Car Transport was fantastic, reasonably priced, and extremely prompt. Whether in the future for myself, friends, or family without hesitation I would recommend they use United Car Transport if they need to ship a vehicle.
