Husband completed a form online for a quote to transport an SUV from Lithonia, GA to New Castle, PA, and immediately we began receiving phone calls and emails. I answered a few, but when I answered the call from United Car Transport and spoke with Amanda, I didn't answer any other calls after that! Amanda's tone, attitude, confidence, knowledge and reassurance of the price she quoted me, sealed the deal! She found me a driver that same afternoon and the driver was able to pick up my SUV that same day, but I missed the call and returned his call too late. I spoke with the driver, Tony with Top Notch Transportation Svc Monday evening and we scheduled it to be picked up the next morning. On Tuesday morning, Tony was prompt to pick up my SUV and delivered it to my son in New Castle, PA the next morning! Not only was Amanda excellent in her customer service, Tony was excellent as well! I would recommend both companies for your transporting needs! Thank you Amanda! Thank you Tony!!!
