BAILED ME OUT after being stranded by another auto transport company...

Both broker and driver were very accessible with open communication and flexible to work with.....United Car Transport bailed me out of being stranded last minute by another company (Door to Door Transport Co.).....Mark at United Car Transport followed up with me every step of the way, even prior to me contracting them. I was unaware of the process of auto transportation, until Mark took the time to thoroughly explain to me all the aspects of the process....After accepting United Car Transports contract, a driver was immediately assigned, I was quoted the cost of transport and they honored the quoted price even at delivery of the vehicle (no surprises)... Although bad weather during the delivery route caused one day delay for delivery, United Car Transport and driver, Brian OLeary were very flexible and worked with me in making alternate arrangements for the delivery of my vehicle....Would certainly use again for auto transportation.
