First Time Move

Firstly, I would like to thank this company and Gil for doing an amazing job and handling this move quickly, professionally, and with outstanding customer service. All of my questions were answered in a timely matter, sometimes even faster than I was expecting. You all worked with my needs and requests and had a solution for every obstacle that I had!
This is the first time I have ever shipped or even thought about shipping a car. I did a lot of research on different companies and stuck with this one because they answered my questions and had really good customer service! At times I was talking to 2-3 companies trying to find the right price, but instead decided that service matters way more! I got a quality service, with superior customer service!
This process I imagined to be stressful and complicated but really was easier than buying the car! For this particular move I was not able to be at the pick up or drop off site, as I was overseas. I thought this was going to be the deal breaker but they again pulled through with an easy solution! I also needed to ship some things inside the car, and again a solution! They worked with me and we went through the process step by step and very quickly! When it came time to ship the car, they arrived quickly, let me know the car was picked up, and they delivered it just as fast keeping me involved with the process every step of the way!
Overall this was a great first time experience for myself and the people involved. I would recommend this to any first timers, and to not be hesitant to ask them questions about any part of the move! They took great care of my “baby” and assured me from being paranoid from reading other reviews. Again Thank You!
