I elected to use United Car Transport to facilitate my vehicle transportation needs from California to Washington. I typically prefer to use trucking companies directly for known and highly-traveled routes such as this one, but was forced due to urgency to use a broker.

Mr. Roger Brooks said the vehicle would be picked up on a certain date, aware that urgency was vital for me, because a client was waiting. I made it clear I opted to use a company whom could honor this request. The vehicle was picked up long after the stated pickup date.

I called to inquire about the status of the vehicle and received the run-around from Roger Brooks. He made no attempt to provide anything factual and largely abdicated his role as a facilitator- stating "I should contact the trucking company now". He was very nice and pleasant when our business ensued, but when it came to needing him to answer a simple question honestly, he was no longer interested in helping.

He paints a fancy picture of screened drivers, ability to meet urgency of time-frame, and superior customer service based on relationships, but failed miserably at all of these.

I cannot speak to United Transport as a company and it appears they have favorable reviews, but this is my report of an experience with an agent of United and I highly recommend using discretion when considering your transport needs.

as everyone can understand Daniel know how the transport industry works and when he contact us we gave a price of $800 to complete this job but he told us that he want to pay ONLY $600 and he is not in a rush. so we agreed to try to help him after he was not able to find a driver himself. the car was pickup one day after the posted day and was deliver in 48 hours. you sold the car to your customer stating it have only 2000 miles but when we pickup the car it show 6500 mills and you attempted to blame us to that(if you lay to you customers this way i don't expect you to tell the truth this time) we always give the customer the driver cell phone so thy can communicate in a faster way, Daniel forget to mention that when the driver came to pickup the car from the auto action it was not paid for and he ended waiting for Daniel for 5 hours for pay for the car so it can be pickup. Daniel, we are grateful to have many customers that are happy with the our service and that is the most impotent thing, please do not contact us again we do not want to work with you again.
