Very disappointed! We contacted United Auto Transporters by phone, and they came off as competent and caring. Two weeks later on the 3rd day of a five day pick up window for our car, we had not heard a word since signing our contract. When I called "Dan", I got various excuses and he convinced me it owuld take another $!00 to get our car out of Florida. We agreed, but we still had to make the calls to Auto Transporters to get an update. More excuses, such as "it's after Mother's Day and all the snowbirds are leaving Florida." We terminated our agreement.

Do not trust this company or their quotes! They say they know the market, but they forget about YOU, THE CUSTOMER!
