Pleasant at first when I Made arrangement for shipping . Wated over two weeks. Poor communciation. Did not return email or phone calls when I enquired as to the shipping delays. Was told on more than two occassions that they would look into the reason for the delay and call me back, never received a return phone call. I ended up choosing another carrier.

This must be a broker that quotes low and cannot deliver. very poor service. Perhaps they might deliver if you can wait foerever. I waited over two weeks and they could not even tell me when my car would be picked up.

I am surprised that they are in business.
