After quite a fiasco, which was the fault of the towing company, not United Auto Movers, Joe went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He helped me out with some of the extra cost that was incurred when the car had to be moved again, which was not his fault but the fault of the tower. As an Army wife with 3 small children and a deployed husband, his efforts are greatly appreciated! I know he is also following up with the tow truck company!. So thanks again Joe, I really appreciate your help, and will use your company again in the future if the need arises!
