I found this company through on line add. I asked for a qoute and they gave me the lowest fee. For $600 they said they could pick up my car in Illinois and deliver them in California. The contract was agreed and finalized three weeks before the scheduled pick up but on the day of scheduled pick up they never showed up and never called me when I got a hold of them they told me that the price was a just a misqoute but telling me on the actual day of the pick up was f***d up. I still agreed on over $100 additional price at the beginning because I really don't want to call another company but I cancelled it because they keep on giving some lies. They will tell me that I will get a phone call from them if they can find a driver to ge my car but I never did. I called them and asked the status and got more lies so I was fed up. I dedided to cancel my bussiness with them because I know that if I'm getting a hard time trying to deal with them at the beginning what more trying to deal with them later. I know I made a right choice for droppong them and I will never ever use or recommend this to anybody this is by far the worst. The lady that I spoke to was rude. United Auto Movers will give you a qoute but once you agreed they will try to get more from you. Changing the price on the day of the scheduled without any prior notice is plain ROBBERY!!!! Customer service was very poor too!! when you tell you customer that you will call them in about half an hour at least give them a ring because we are really expecting you call..
