First, the driver was late for 2 days to pick up. When it came very late at night, he tried to ask for additional money for putting my personal belonging in the car when he found out my moving van just left my home and nowhere to take to. He orignially asked for $200 extra but settle for $80 after a shouting match. The driver ask me to drop my car 3 miles away from house, and dropped off 1 mile away from the destination. The distance could have been longer if I did not yell at him. Anyway, I finally gave in and pay extra $80 but I felt cheated and will never use their service again.

We were very honest with this customer and he was told that if he packed the car with more then 100lbs that the Carrier had a right to charge him more. He over packed his car from top to bottom and blocked windows. That is why the Driver charged more. The customer was told up front. No Dis Honesty at all.
