The overall experience I had with United Auto Movers was mixed good and bad. The dispatcher, Joe, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure that my needs were met. The problem I encountered was the actual truck driver himself. The trucker that was initially dispatched to pick up our vehicle insisted that he arrive one day ahead of time. When I voiced objections, he left messages that if my husband was not ready with the car when he showed up he would leave (mind you this was one day ahead of the scheduled date). I called Joe, and he was able to dispatch another truck to come the next day. He apologized and promptly fixed the problem. I would recommend this company because I did receive great customer service on the dispatchers end, as well as through the second truck driver that was dispatched to transport my vehicle. The price was far and my car arrived on time (although it was VERY dirty).
