I presented a small window for pick up and delivery, and Joe did his best to accommodate. And found a good driver for me in the process. When I read through the complaint files, it seems most people don't understand the difficulty in coordinating the timing of need and availability. The best you can hope for is honesty and communication. I got both in this case. Job well done!
