My firm purchased two vehicles from various state agencies. We posted said vehicles on the internet and unfortunately hired United Auto Transport. To date, we received so many quotes, we don't know what is what. We have signed contract for $400.00 NJ load and $275.00 the VA load. We asked for delivery on 7/18 - Joe dispatched a driver on 7/13 - Joe called me on 7/12 given me another quote of $600.00 for both loads and $125.00 for his fee. Today is July 18th and I have none of the vehicles at our location. We did receive a vehicle that we do not have a sign contract or written quote from the VA location. The driver demanded $450.00 for the delivery of that vehicle. When I told him, we where to get two vehicle for $600.00 he said no. I immediately called Joe and explained the situation. He told me to pay the driver $300.00 no more than $350.00. When I tried to pay the driver what Joe told me, he said no. So I put the driver on the phone with JOE - We end up paying $425.00 - Now he wants to change the delivery price again for the original loan. $300.00 for VA and $450.00 for NJ. I have signed contract with his company letter head on it for $275.00 VA and $400.00. Joe made a fatally mistake when he said, "I know about you type of people". In my home state of NJ those are fighting words. We will never use this firm again. I'm sitting here here at 4:44 waiting on him to return a call from 11:00 this morning. And I sure he will come to this site and deny this statement. Documentation beats conversation any day. So I can produced emails and faxes. I want our $550.00 investment back immediately. We will not accept anything less or will take the necessary actions in recovering our funds.

Mr Eliajh knows why we will deny this claim because it's not true. what this customer is failing to knowledge is the fact that he told us the car was running and it was not. My driver came up from South Carolina to pickup the Cadillac. Not only did the car not run but it had a flat tire. My driver spent 4 hrs trying to get the vehicle. My driver was not equipped to pickup a inoperable vehicle. When we called the people on pickup he told me that Eliajh had another vehicle that he sent an authorization for our company to pickup. We did not want our driver to loose out on a car we let him pickup the other car and deliver it. My driver charged him for an inop fee which is well within my contract guidelines. As far as his New Jersey car it was picked up and is on it's way to South Carolina. We charged him no fee for that transport. We never passed any comments about " you type of people" Mr Eliajh claims he has been moving cars for years. Yet he has not been able to secure a relationship with any 1 broker. Now i know why. Because when you lie about the vehicle being picked you run into these problems. Our customers who have experience in moving cars for years seem to have no problem with our service and choice to use us over and over again. I am sure Mr Eliajh has written many of these reviews. We are just another victim of Mr Eliajhs inept ability to be honest so that he can try and get a better rate to move his cars. It's sad that Mr Eliajh cannot be honest with himself about the truth of this transaction.
