This is my first online review EVER. My terrible experience prompted this. I spoke with Alex yesterday, agreed to a price, then car was supposed to be picked up today from 11am - 4pm with a 2hr call ahead. None of this happened. I called for an update and told that they were working on it and would call me right back. Never got that call. I called and spoke with Doug at 3pm cst, he said he would call me back within an hour. Once that hour was up and I didn't receive a call, I called multiple numbers on file 20+ times, left 2 voicemails for Alex and sent several emails with NO response. Communication and doing what you say are key, and United Auto Logistics failed horribly at this.

I've taken my business elsewhere, going to give Auto Transport 123 a shot.....
